Naxos Island

Naxos Island is filled with over 40 kilometers of beautiful long sandy beaches and crystal-like waters. Saint George beach is the closest to the capital beach, but there are many more beaches to visit, such as Agios Prokopios, Plaka, Orkos and Mikri Vigla.

A lot of traditional villages, including Apiranthos, Filoti, Sangri, Halki, Apollonas and Koronos, each one with its own history, style and character, enrich the island of Naxos and are waiting to be discovered.
